12x24 building (jasper)

12x24 building can be small home or what ever you want to use it for 15k or best offer or interested in trucks campers' side by side pontoon i will trade up or trade down for the right item what do you have let me know we go from there and money works to.
Needs one wall closed up as you can see in pic i have material for it.
It has been insulated good and has wire ran in it for 4 plugs with box's need plugs put in still
