Production Operator I

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator I to join our team at our facility located in China, TX.
As a Production Operator I, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet the required standards Package finished products and prepare them for shipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Report any equipment malfunctions or abnormalities to the supervisor Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures Assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor production issues Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure efficient production flow OSHA PPE required Qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalent Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus Ability to follow instructions and work independently Basic understanding of machinery and equipment operation Strong attention to detail and quality orientation Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects when required Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed You should be proficient in: High School / GED Salary info: $17 - $19 / hr
