On-Site Person For Maintenance And Site Cleaning For An Apartment Community Looking for a person to be the following: 1\.
To be the on-site maintenance (jack of all trades) person.
2\.
To do site cleaning around the apartment community.
3\.
Do make ready's after a tenant moves out.
Requirements: 1\.
Must have your own tools.
2\.
Must have reliable transportation to pick up materials needed to do the maintenance work orders and make ready's.
3\.
Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not necessary.
4\.
Need to live within 30 +/- minutes away form the property.
