The rent is $150 per month + electric & internet comes out to roughly $400/month for your half, however if you do not need 2GB internet (Google Fiber), the total rent could be around $375/month.
You must be 420 friendly and dog friendly as my roommate sometimes watches his moms Shih tzu, who is a very friendly dog.
In the apartment complex, along with laundry and off street parking, is also three pools, BBQ attachments, a small gym, and two dog parks.
You must be able to sign a lease, provide a month worth of pay statements, and provide a $200 deposit at sign.
