Basically the guys that live here do so because of the location, it's just awesome to not have to have a tiny drive every time you want to grab a bite to eat or go out for fun.
The Roomies: Conscientious and we're looking for same in new roomies.
- We have maids that come in two times per month and do a deep clean (no extra charge) so place stays awesome.
- Everyone has their own good-sized, labeled, fridge space and pantry space.
- Landlord takes care of appliances, so no worries on that.
- Lease is month to month yet guys tend to stay for years, several roommates been here 4 years or more, house runs great.
Bills are flat $100 so total's $750 all bills paid, you pay nothing else.
Refundable deposit's $600.
