About me: I am a 40 y/o single female native to San Diego.
I have my own business so I stay pretty busy.
I am usually working on location most days, but am working from home about 2-3 days a week.
I enjoy wine some nights and have friends over now and again but like to keep things pretty mellow.

About my dogs: I have two rescue dogs from Boston Buddies Rescue.
They are Boston Terrier mixes and although they have had formal training and have been with me for a while, they are still dogs and have their quirks.
They are friendly and awesome and will make you laugh if youre a dog person.
If you are not a dog person, this place might not be for you.
Their names are “lil” Kim and Puppi Chulo and they are my kids so I treat them as such.

I have put a lot of work over the years into the interior design and esthetic of the unit, so I really am lookin for someone who just has furniture/stuff for the room itself.
The rest of the house is fully furnished and the kitchen has just about everything you can think of in terms of pots/pans/gadgets/you name it… short term is preferred because I eventually would like to turn the room back into my office but I’m open to whatever.
The room does have a dresser in it.
Its new and nice but if you would rather not utilize it, I can move it.
Again, the most important thing is that you are kind, respectful to me, my abode, my dogs and have great communication.
The deposit is a months rent and I can write out a contract to make everything legit.
