Looking for a dependable renter for a spare room.
You would basically have the run of the house around 70% of the time, but just be paying for a room.
I am gone most of the week almost every week, so this would feel like renting an entire house.
If you work in town during the week, but live somewhere else full time during the week, you would almost never see me.
The ideal renter would be an Engineer, Turnaround Worker, Traveling Nurse, or Student.

I travel a lot for work, and would mostly be home on the weekends.
