This is a roommate rental.
I am a 66 year old male that has lived here for 6 years with the same roommate but he has decided to go back home to calif so I am looking for someone to share this apt.
There is full access to the apt.
You have the run of the place except for my bedroom.
The apartment comes with a stack washer and drier, dishwasher, marble counter tops.
All appliances also.
As I said I am 66 years old and I stay to myself, mind my own business I am not a partier and have very little company.
The Rent is 525 a month along with half the electric.
I have never had a bill over 150 bur for the most part it has stayed below 100.
00 per month.
I have to say it beats the hell out of these single rooms for rent.
The living room is fully furnished and as soon as I can I will upload a few pictures but suffice it to say it beats the alternative for sure.
