Construction Accounts Receivable

Accounts Receivable Minimal 3 years' experience as The Accounts Receivable Clerk.
Creates invoices and reports according to company practices; submits invoices to customers.
Research customer discrepancies and past-due amounts with the assistance of the accounting department and other staff.
Monitor accounts, ensure timely and accurate payment collection.
Strong attention to detail and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Must be familiar with job auditing, T/M, Lump Sum billing, and sales tax.
Assisting Accounts Payable as needed.
Mon-Fri 8-5, subject to drug screen and background check.
