We are currently looking to hire a full-time Office Assistant at our Beaumont office.
This ideal candidate will be dependable, have strong organizational skills, have the ability to multitask, bookkeeping experience, and will be able to work well independently as well as alongside.
Job duties would include answering phones, assisting with patients and staff needs, assisting executive with various tasks, etc.
*Duties:* * Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounting records.
* Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data.
* Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
* Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
* Monitor cash flow and manage cash transactions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial information and support decision-making processes.
* Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks) to record financial transactions.
*Qualifications:* * Knowledge in computer software * Knowledge in office equipment * Strong organizational skills * Multitasking * Payroll experience preferred * Office experience required Apply now if you are interested in joining our team!
